Peter has been a member of the Chamber for over 25 years and lived in Lake City since 1977. He has served the Chamber as its President (2X), Secretary, Treasurer and long time Board member. His work as an attorney has included emphasis in real estate law, criminal defense and general litigation. Currently, Peter is the owner of Lake City Consulting Services. In existence since 2001, Lake City Consulting provides advocacy services to non-profit organizations and real property development services related to the construction of single family homes. Peter and his son Robert market their collective real estate sales expertise as “Team Lukevich” and have represented buyers and sellers of residential, multi-family, and commercial properties throughout the north end of Seattle and south Snohomish County. In his free time Peter is a varsity football coach at a local high school, tries to master the game of golf, and is an avid Husky, Seahawks and Mariners fan. Peter is currently serving on many community boards and councils and has been active in the effort to improve the quality and quantity of active recreation spaces in Seattle and King County. Peter just finished his 2nd term as President of the Lake Chamber of Commerce on December 31, 2010
