Officers

Peter Lukevich, President
Peter has been a member of the Chamber for over 25 years and lived in Lake City since 1977. He has served the Chamber as its President, Secretary, Treasurer and long time Board member. His work as an attorney has included emphasis in real estate law, criminal defense and general litigation. Currently, Peter is the owner of Lake City Consulting Services. In existence since 2001, Lake City Consulting provides advocacy services to non-profit organizations and real property development services related to the construction of single family homes. Peter and his son Robert market their collective real estate sales expertise as “Team Lukevich” and have represented buyers and sellers of residential, multi-family, and commercial properties throughout the north end of Seattle and south Snohomish County. In his free time Peter is a varsity football coach at a local high school, tries to master the game of golf, and is an avid Husky, Seahawks and Mariners fan. Peter is currently serving on many community boards and councils and has been active in the effort to improve the quality and quantity of active recreation spaces in Seattle and King County. Peter will begin his 2nd term as President of the Lake Chamber of Commerce in 2010.

Leslie Brazeal, Secretary
Leslie has been an educator in the United States, Hong Kong, Saudi Arabia, and most recently, Adapazari, Turkey, in a school that was created for children who were orphaned and/or made homeless by the earthquake of 1999. She and her husband Bob opened North Seattle Minuteman Press as a second career for both of them and have been members of the Lake City Chamber since 2005.

Roy Brock, Immediate Past President
Roy Brock has been with the Lake City Chamber since February 2008. He was appointed as President-Elect in May 2008 and assumed his presidency on January 1, 2009. His initial involvement with the chamber was as the Chair of Pioneer Days 2008. Roy enjoyed his time as the chair and is on the committee again this year. Roy has been involved in as many ways as possible with the chamber. He is the Hospital Manager/Finance Director for Animal Critical Care & Emergency Services (ACCES) located right here in Lake City. He has been with them, and here in the community, for over 5 years now. Under his direction, and with the Lake City Chamber’s recommendation, ACCES was also one of the 2008 Mayor’s Small Business Award Recipients. Congratulations to Roy, his company, and Lake City.
